Booking and Cancellation Policies for Diving and Snorkeling Tours
We appreciate your interest in diving and/or snorkeling with us. To ensure a safe and organized experience, we share our reservation, cancellation and rescheduling policies:
- Reservations
- Any diver who wants to make a reservation must show his most recent certification accrediting his level of training according to the type of diving he wants to perform.
- To confirm your place on any diving or snorkeling tour it is necessary to make a deposit of $1000 MXN per person.
- This deposit can be made by transfer, deposit, online payment or direct in our facilities.
- Cancellations or Date Changes (by the customer)
- If you need to cancel or move your reservation, you can do it without penalty if you notify us at least 15 hours in advance.
- Cancellations with less than 15 hours or in case of no-show, will not be refundable.
- Settle the debt
- The tour must be paid in full before the activity begins.
- We accept cash, card or transfer.
- Physical and Safety Conditions
- SouthEast Divers reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person if we consider that they are not in adequate physical condition, if their medical report indicates so or if they are presented under the influence of alcohol and/or prohibited substances. In these cases, no refund will be made.
- SouthEast Divers reserves the right not to perform dives outside the training limits of each diver.
- Weather Conditions
- In case of adverse weather conditions or bad sea, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity for safety by giving prior notice as soon as it is official.
- In this case, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule his tour, or receive a refund of 95% of his deposit.
We appreciate your understanding. These policies are designed to take care of both our clients and the SouthEast Divers team, and ensure a safe, responsible and professional aquatic experience.
